Khaled Hawas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in various industries, including people, business development, leadership, coaching, performance management and digital transformation.

Throughout his professional career, Khaled has undertaken consultancy projects and held various managerial roles. He has worked with renowned organizations such as Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Acino, Merck, Vodafone,  GFT Digital Software, and Saudi German Hospital, where he has provided expert guidance in areas such as performance management, learning and development, digital transformation, and organizational development.

Khaled’s thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement is evident in his extensive academic achievements. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a major in HR and Business Development from the IBAS Swiss land Business School. Additionally, he completed a master’s degree in Global Business and HR from MIBA Paris Business School ESLSCA.

To further enhance his expertise, Khaled has obtained several certifications.
He is a certified practitioner for the MBTI (Mayer and Briggs Type Indicator) personality test and has completed the Train of Trainer (TOT) Diploma from Brilliance Business School. He has also achieved the title of Master Trainer from the Royal College UK and Subject Matter Expert from ATD (Association for Talent Development).

He has actively contributed to academia as an instructor at institutions like RITI and BSN, teaching business management and MBA courses. Furthermore, he has been involved in NGO activities, supporting women empowerment programs and initiatives related to cancer support and anti-smoking campaigns.

In addition to his impressive professional and academic achievements, Khaled has a passion for sports, particularly swimming and triathlons. He has represented his country in various swimming competitions, earning medals at national and international levels.
