Dr. Mohammad Khattab’s journey is not the typical entrepreneurial story, it is the lived experience of a scientist, educator, reformer, and humanist who has spent over two decades navigating the complex intersections of people, systems, and performance.
From classrooms and research labs to ministry halls and boardrooms, Dr. Khattab’s path has been driven by one unshakable belief: organizations thrive when humans are at the center of every decision.
Born into a world of systemic inefficiencies and institutional fatigue, Dr. Khattab spent years in public service, including as Deputy Minister for Administrative and Human Development in Egypt, where he led national reforms aimed at transforming government bureaucracy into a human-centered engine of service. Later, through his scientific research across world-class institutions, he mastered the art of diagnosing invisible dysfunction in complex biological systems, a skill he would eventually carry into the business world. But the defining moment came when Dr. Khattab realized that what businesses lacked was not more tools or policies, it was a standardized, scientific, yet deeply human method to assess their own health. That idea became his life’s mission.
After years of research, field testing, and refinement, Dr. Khattab created HUMAN™, the first and only web-based diagnostic platform built to evaluate what he called “business health.” Inspired by the principles of preventative medicine, human™ offers companies a comprehensive, personalized, and data-driven check-up that uncovers not just symptoms but root causes—whether cultural, structural, or strategic.

Dr. Khattab is a Professor of Biotechnology, the former Head of the Institute of Human Resources Development at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (an organ of the Arab League), and has held leadership roles in global companies across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, bringing with him a unique blend of academic rigor and industry insight into every solution he builds.
